What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is the study of how the human body responds to exercise and exertion. An Exercise Physiologist holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.  They have also passed the American Society of Exercise Physiologists certification exam.

How does an Exercise Physiologist help you?

An Exercise Physiologist understands how the body functions and uses that knowledge to best prescribe exercises and progressive training for each individual.

What makes us unique?

All of our trainers have a Bachelors or Masters degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or a related field. They are also board certified by the American Society of Exercise Physiologists, the only organization of its kind in the nation. This level of education and credibility enables our trainers to take a precise, scientific approach to our clients’ fitness goals, resulting in lasting benefits. No other fitness club in the Twin Cities can match our qualifications, client focus, or prices.
